Terms and conditions
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and agree to the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with Naples Private Driver, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors the Terms and Conditions as outlined here. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the agreement between Naples Private Driver and the Client relating to the service booked and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement or description of services other than as expressed herein.
Booking procedure
In order to make a booking, please click on the link "Check availability and get a quote" link on the website (www.naplesprivatedriver.com)
Your reservation is considered complete once you receive confirmation via WhatsApp or email (using the same communication platform as the booking request).
Payment procedure
We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% paid by Paypal within 7 days of booking confirmation. Only after the deposit has been received by Naples Private Driver can the booking be secured for the date and time confirmed.
Payment methods to pay the remainder of the total include: Cash directly to the driver at the end of the service; Credit/Debit card; Bank transfer or Paypal paid in advance.
* The price of each tour is indicated in the tour description and confirmed upon booking. Each additional hour will have an extra cost of 50 euros.
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation must be received by us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date. If not received within 7 days of the scheduled service date, the deposit is non-refundable and charged as either a ‘No Show’ or ‘Late Cancellation’ fee.
Important Info
The tour itinerary shown above is conducted by an English speaking driver who has been trained to give you a tour along the route. They will share their knowledge and passion for the area, they will stop for the best photo opportunities and they will point out the places of interest. Your driver is not allowed by Italian law to guide you around the historical areas, monuments and towns where you stop.
Naples Private Driver will not be held liable for missed flights/trains/cruise ships. We are not responsible for traffic jams/road works or other issues causing unexpected delays.
Complaints
We always encourage feedback at the time of the incident in question and will always go above and beyond at the time to rectify the issue, We require being informed at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.
